Reality star, 29, expecting with fiancé 27 years her senior

She spent years fighting to get her parents out of prison.

Now she's revealed she's pregnant, engaged and in love with a man who knows exactly what that's like.

Savannah Chrisley, 29, announced on her Unlocked podcast on Tuesday that she is expecting her first child and is engaged to a mystery man she named only as Jason.

In an Instagram video packed with ultrasound pictures and baby-bump shots, she wrote: “I've prayed for this life. I've cried for this life.”

She called him “My protector. My fiercest fighter. My most loyal person. My lover. My safe place.”

It took less than a day for his identity to come out.

Who is Jason Galanis?

TMZ identified the mystery fiancé as Jason Galanis, a 56-year-old businessman and former business partner of Hunter Biden.

Galanis was convicted of securities fraud over a scheme involving bonds issued by a Native American tribal corporation, and was serving a long federal sentence until President Trump commuted it in March 2025.

That was just two months before Trump pardoned Savannah's own parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, who had been serving time for bank fraud and tax evasion.

And there's another twist. According to TMZ, Galanis and Todd were both locked up at Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida, with their stints overlapping for several months in 2023.

A 27-year age gap

Savannah has said on her podcast that the pair met while she was working to secure her parents' pardons. He texted to congratulate her once they were free, and they started dating in July last year.

He proposed in December.

“There is a huge age gap there,” she admitted on Unlocked. She says she'd rather have “20 phenomenal, unbelievable years with someone” than 50 “meh” ones.

“He does not look his age, nor does he act his age,” she said. “His body is great. His mind is even sharper.”

When critics piled in, she hit back on her Instagram Story with a message to her unborn baby: “You are not a headline. You are not a controversy.”

“No amount of noise in this world will ever overshadow the joy of being your mama.”

Fans first met Savannah on USA Network's Chrisley Knows Best, which followed her famously flashy family for 10 seasons.

She's never been shy of a challenge, either. In 2023 she put herself through Fox's brutal Special Forces: World's Toughest Test.

In July 2024 she took the stage at the Republican National Convention to speak about her parents' case.

The couple haven't said when the baby is due.
