Golf legend's rare reunion with his ex for their son's big day

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren were back side by side, and both dressed for the occasion.

The exes reunited on Friday, Nov. 6, at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, to watch their son Charlie, 17, sign to play golf at Florida State, People reports.

Tiger, 50, wore a red Florida State shirt and a black cap. Elin, 46, matched the Seminoles in a maroon dress.

She wasn't alone. Her longtime boyfriend, Jordan Cameron, came too, with their three kids, Arthur, 7, Zeta, 3, and Freya, 2, who wore Seminoles gear, E! News reports.

Charlie first announced his choice in February. "Excited to announce my commitment to play golf at Florida State University, go Noles!" he wrote.

Friday made it official. And he arrived in form: on Nov. 2, he helped his school win the Florida regional championship at Miami Shores Country Club, People reports. His team also won the state title last November, with both parents there to see it, according to E!.

Tiger and Elin divorced after his 2009 cheating scandal. They share Charlie and daughter Sam.

These days they keep it friendly. "Having the relationship that I have now with her is fantastic," Tiger told Time in 2015. "We both know that the most important things in our lives are our kids."

Golf has become a family affair. Charlie made his TV debut at 11, playing alongside his dad at the 2020 PNC Championship. "I don't think words can describe it," Tiger said then. It was "memories for a lifetime."

Sam caddied for her dad at the same event in 2023, and by 2024 Tiger was openly more interested in his son's game than his own. "I don't really care about my game," he said.

Tiger now dates Vanessa Trump.
