She's one of the most famous women on the planet, and she's just made one of the most candid confessions of her career.

The Oscar winner, 36, has admitted she went under the knife after having her second baby.

And she says she isn't done yet.

Jennifer Lawrence has confirmed she had a breast lift, in a cover story for New York magazine's The Cut published on October 27.

“Nothing bounced back”

The Hunger Games star has never been shy about what motherhood did to her body.

Last year she told The New Yorker that after her first child, “everything bounced back, pretty much.”

The second time around? “Second one, nothing bounced back.”

She also revealed she would have to quit vaping before the surgery.

Lawrence shares two young children with her husband, art dealer Cooke Maroney.

So what pushed her to book in?

“I want to be a sexy mom,” she told The Cut.

“At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her sht together even when I've just woken up and don't have my sht together.”

Asked by The New Yorker last year whether she would still do it if she weren't an actress, she said:

Maybe I wouldn't be hustling to the appointment in the same way. But I think yes.

The face is next

The breast lift may not be the last procedure.

When The New Yorker asked whether she had ever had a facelift, she shot back: “No, but, believe me, I'm gonna!”

She does get Botox, but steers clear of fillers because they show up on camera.

“I get baby Botox, but I can't do a lot,” she told Vogue.

She also confessed to Vogue that she would love buccal fat removal. “I can't because everybody would know, but know that I want that.”

But she shut down rumours that she'd had her eyes done, crediting her makeup artist, Hung: “I didn't have eye surgery. I'm using makeup.”

Lawrence famously went fully nude for a beach fight scene in her 2023 sex comedy No Hard Feelings.

Most recently she starred opposite Robert Pattinson in Die My Love, which premiered at Cannes in 2025.

Next month she's back as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. She's also launching Mes, a “biodesigned haircare” brand.
