Four kids under 7: co-star lets slip actor's secret twins
- Nov 6, 2026
Nicholas Hoult keeps his family life so private that it took a co-star to break the news.
The actor, 36, and his model wife, Bryana Holly, have welcomed twins, Pete Davidson revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. The pair were promoting their heist thriller How to Rob a Bank alongside co-star Anna Sawai.
"He's a great dad," Davidson said. "Father of four. Four under 7."
When Davidson nodded toward him, Hoult confirmed it with one word: "Yeah."
Father of four. Four under 7.

Flying home every weekend
According to Davidson, the babies arrived while they were making the film.
"Elsie was pregnant while we were filming and he had just had his twins," he said, adding that Hoult "would fly back every weekend to go see his family."
Elsie is Davidson's ex, Elsie Hewitt, who gave birth to his daughter, Scottie, in December 2025, E! News reports.
Hoult and Holly had never announced the twins, and no names or birth date have been reported. E! News reached out to reps for both and had no response.
The gown that started it
Fans had their suspicions back in March, when Holly turned heads at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in a plunging black sequin gown.
Social media zeroed in on her figure, and one commenter wrote that her "surgeon did an amazing job."
The brand behind her outfit, Lurelly, shot back: "If by surgeon you mean her newborn baby. I can't wait for a world where we root for each other rather than assume." It added that "some people are naturally blessed."
Holly then addressed it herself in her Instagram Stories. "I am seeing the comments around my chest and not that anyone is owed an explanation," she wrote, "but this is the product of a breast feeding mother who hasn't fed her babies in hours ok!"
She signed off: "If you know, then you know."
Babies, plural. In hindsight, the clue was right there. The original commenter later admitted they "would have never known she just had a baby."
Not one for announcements
The couple started dating in December 2016, and Hoult has said he first met Holly in California, E! reports. They have never announced a wedding either: Hoult simply started calling her his wife.
On the red carpet at the 2024 Governors Awards, he told E! News about her reaction to a scary scene in his horror film Nosferatu: "Afterwards, I remember I had my wife's nails imprinted on my hand." Their son, Joaquin, now 7, was born privately in 2018 and made his first public appearance at an Atlanta Hawks game in March 2024. A second child followed in 2022, and that name has never been shared.
Now there are four. And with How to Rob a Bank opening in US theaters on Nov. 13, Hoult can expect a lot more questions on the press tour.
