The newest trailer for the Western thriller "Frontier Crucible", featuring Armie Hammer, has been unveiled. This film signifies Hammer's first professional ventures since he took a step back from the cinematic world following several allegations of sexual assault in 2021.

Multiple accusations against Hammer, including claims of physical violence and rape, were reported by several women in 2021. The Los Angeles Police Department investigated the allegations but did not press charges. Regardless of Hammer's staunch denials and his claims that all his relationships were consensual, the controversy severely hampered his career, leading to his semi-ostracization from Hollywood for three years.

Returning to the acting scene, Hammer secured a role in "Frontier Crucible" last year, where he shares the screen with esteemed actor William H. Macy. The cast ensemble also features Myles Clohessy, Mary Stickley, Eli Brown, Ryan Masson, Zane Holtz, Eddie Spears, and Thomas Jane.

The movie's plot is adapted from Harry Whittington’s novel "Desert Stake-Out". The story revolves around a much-needed medical supply wagon that falls prey to an Apache assault. Merrick Beckford, the only person who can guide the wagon to its intended location, must rely on the assistance of three dangerous outlaws driven by their need to survive. The narrative takes a drastic turn when they accidentally kill an Apache scout, prompting a battle for survival.

Produced by Dallas Sonnier, known for his work on "Bone Tomahawk" and "Dragged Across Concrete", "Frontier Crucible" is a product of Sonnier’s Bonfire Legend banner and is directed by Travis Mills of "The Pendragon Cycle" fame.

The movie will premiere in theaters and digital platforms on Dec. 5. The trailer for the gripping Western thriller can now be watched online.
