The sixth episode of Gossip Girl entitled, “How to Bury a Millionaire," begins with Max getting ready for his parents' second wedding. It is actually a ceremony to rekindle their vows.

Max takes on the task of planning the entire event because he wants his parents to experience the same level of love they did when they first met. In the meantime, Julien keeps up her covert friendship with Graham. Graham, however, refuses and requests more time when Julien asks him to make their relationship known to the world.

Jordan, Kate, and Wendy wait for Mike's next move while Audrey assists Max with wedding preparations. The teachers anticipate retaliation after Max tells his beneficiary that Jordan is Gossip Girl, but so yet nothing unusual has happened.

In order to maintain their cover as Gossip Girl, Jordan pretends to deny having affection for Kate when she asks.

Following the public exposure of her father's sexual assault case, Julien meets Monet and Luna at a party and claims she finally got a brand agreement. However, Luna advises Julien to compel Graham to make a promise.

Obie makes some connections in the meantime to reveal his family's bribery in the Jakarta housing project.

When Zoya arrives at the party, she discovers that Monet is receiving texts from someone who she thinks is herself. Zoya learns that Drew, the person she had sex with, had taped their encounter and disseminated it.

When other individuals begin texting Monet about the sex tape, Zoya promises to make things right. Kate gets abducted at night while on the phone with Jordan.

Later, when Kate awakens in a Brooklyn Heights apartment, Georgina Sparks-a close friend of Serena van der Woodsen and Dan Humphrey-has her imprisoned. She identifies herself as Mike's supporter. Georgina coerces Kate into destroying the Wolfe family's wedding because she believes Kate is the mastermind behind Gossip Girl.

Max attempts to find a wedding location after their previous reservation is abruptly canceled.

Luna feels that the abrupt cancellation of Julien's brand agreement is related to their friendship with Graham. Luna learns that Graham is deceiving Julien and hasn't actually split from his pregnant wife, Ashley.

With Audrey's assistance, Max finds a wedding location. Zoya phones Milo to ask him to take down her sex tape from the internet.

As Kate's interference spoils the ceremony, Max starts losing her temper at the wedding.

To prevent Milo from deleting the sex tape, Zoya meets up with Drew and grabs his phone. Milo does not, however, locate the movie on any server or cloud.

Zoya confronts Drew as a result, and he admits that he erased the tape after recognizing his error. Nevertheless, Zoya rejects Drew.

In order to expose Graham's deception, Julien invites Graham to the wedding and employs Ashley to take care of Gideon's hair.

Despite Kate's interventions, Gideon and Roy ultimately decide to repeat their vows, and Georgina remarks that the teacher passed the test.

One of the most intriguing episodes in the entire collection is by far this one. Not only does the relaunch feature the return of an iconic character from the first season, but it also leaves open plot holes that can make this season's story intriguing.
