The Hollywood grapevine has some refreshing news for Audrey Hepburn fans-an upcoming movie will shine a light on all the hush-hush drama behind the making of the timeless classic, "Breakfast at Tiffany’s," and who better to invoke the grace and charm of Hepburn than the delightful Lily Collins?

Don't just expect a riveting performance from Collins; she's also pitching in as a producer for the project. Drawing its inspiration from Sam Wasson's book "Fifth Avenue, 5 A.M.: Audrey Hepburn, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and the Dawn of the Modern Woman," the script will be penned by Alena Smith, the brains behind the acclaimed Apple TV series “Dickinson.” However, the director's chair remains unclaimed for now.

The upcoming flick is set to give us a unique view of Holly Golightly's world, originally born from Truman Capote's novella and further immortalized in cinematic history by Hepburn. The movie promises to be the "first complete account of the making of the film," delving into the pandemonium of pre-production-highlighting Capote's unfulfilled desire for Marilyn Monroe as Holly and his disappointment with Paramount's decision to cast Hepburn-and the dramatic on-set ups and downs (including a crew member's near-tragic electrocution during the filming of the iconic Tiffany & Co. opening scene). The movie will also feature Capote, acclaimed costume designer Edith Head, and director Blake Edwards as characters, the casting for whom is still up in the air.
