New Teaser Alert: "Toy Story 5" Is On The Way!

The beloved "Toy Story" characters, Woody, Buzz and all their pals are gearing up for a new adventure in the first teaser for "Toy Story 5", scheduled to hit the theatres on June 19, 2026. In an intriguing twist, the gang meets Lilypad, a frog-shaped smart tablet that turns their world upside down and adds an extra layer of complexity to their playtime, according to the official teaser.

Veteran voice actors, Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, will continue to bring life to Woody and Buzz. The ensemble cast also includes Joan Cusack as Jessie, Blake Clark as Slinky Dog, and Tony Hale as Forky. Joining the series is Conan O'Brien who will voice Smarty Pants, a new addition to the toy family. The film will be directed by Andrew Stanton, famed for hits such as "Finding Nemo", "Wall-E", and "Finding Dory", and a key contributor to all previous "Toy Story" scripts.

"Toy Story" has been a trailblazer for computer animation since its original 1995 release and has witnessed immense success, with "Toy Story 3" and "Toy Story 4" grossing over $1 billion each at the global box office, each winning an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Pixar's 31st feature, "Toy Story 5" is expected to maintain the uplifting trend.

Despite the most recent film, "Elio", underperforming with a $152 million global box office collection, Pixar boasts a prior hit, "Inside Out 2", grossing over $1.5 billion and securing the title of the highest grossing film of 2024. Pixar will also launch the original flick "Hoppers" in March 2026, ahead of "Toy Story 5".
