This is the perfect replacement for singing songs and eating an absurd amount of junk food.

Little Miss Sunshine

The dysfunctional family made long car rides hip. Little Miss Sunshine is a lovely and touching account of a family's efforts to send their daughter to a beauty competition. Their rusty yellow van is a unifying force for this wacky crew. It is also a constant reminder of what's essential in life.

The presence of Steve Carell adds even more star power and ensures the film's place in cinematic history. You can watch this movie while huddled up against your van window to keep warm.

Queer Eye

Maybe your road trip is to re-live the sensation when thinking about finding something bigger than yourself. Queer Eye on Netflix, and the recommendations that Johnathan, Karamo, Tan, Bobby, and Antoni give you will alter your life.
