The beloved comedy will be showing nationwide on June 28, June 30, and July 1. The movie, featuring popular NASCAR sensation Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell), known for his 'win at all costs' mantra, is making a comeback. Ricky and his loyal racing sidekick, childhood friend Cal Naughton Jr. (John C. Reilly), aptly known as 'Thunder' and 'Lightning' by their fans for consistently securing the #1 and #2 positions in numerous races, are set to entertain audiences yet again. The return of the film brings with it the thrilling challenge posed by French Formula One driver Jean Girard (Sacha Baron Cohen) as he contests the supremacy of NASCAR, pushing Ricky Bobby to battle his own fears and fight for the title of racing's top driver.
