Vertical has secured the distribution rights for North America, the United Kingdom, and Ireland for the horror-comedy film "Found Footage: The Making of The Patterson Project" by Max Tzannes. This film was directed and written by Tzannes, with David San Miguel as co-writer. Jacob Souza handled the editing and cinematography. The trio makes up the Dirty Shot Clean film-making collective.

Tzannes stated that Dirty Shot Clean was excited to work with filmmakers whose genre-blending movies greatly influenced their work. They aimed to create a narrative that both praises and manipulates the conventions of found footage films, as well as humorously references the terrifying experience of producing an independent horror movie.
