Chase Infiniti Lands Lead Role in "Portrait of God"

Renowned actress Chase Infiniti, who has multiple nominations from Golden Globe and Emmy for her outstanding performances, is set to star in "Portrait of God". The film is a new creation from Dylan Clark, an emerging horror filmmaker. Lionsgate has purchased the rights to the movie and given the go-ahead for its production. The film will be produced by genre titans Sam Raimi and Jordan Peele.

The head of Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, Adam Fogelson, expressed enthusiasm about the project, saying that the team behind the film has all the elements necessary to make "Portrait of God" a scary and thought-provoking masterpiece. This project represents the first-time collaboration of Raimi and Peele, prominent forces in the horror genre. The film also maintains Raimi's connection with Lionsgate, which is funding his upcoming movie, "Magic".

The film's production will include Raimi and Rob Tapert via their production company Ghost House, as well as Peele and Win Rosenfeld through Microphone Paw Productions. Joe Russo, who co-authored the screenplay with Clark, will also be a part of the production team. The project will be overseen by Romel Adam and Jose Cañas for Ghost House and Scott O’Brien for the studio. Chris Rosati, with the first-lien contract at NAT20 Films, will serve as executive producer on behalf of Microphone Paw.

Dylan Clark is also preparing his "Blair Witch" revival for theatre release in September next year. Clark expressed gratitude for the trust Lionsgate has shown him and is delighted that "Portrait of God" has found a station there. Clark also warmly welcomed the addition of Chase Infiniti to the team, who has consistently astonished him with her incredible acting skills.

The announcement of this new venture was initially made by The Hollywood Reporter.
