Cassie certainly looks suspicious now next to the dead woman’s body; she has not been for quite some time. And Cassie seems to have a hard time interacting with the authorities.

Cassie remains convinced of the truth of her case, even though it’s arguably worse for her.
This observation makes Cassie look suspicious, but it leads to the question of where she got all her information.
Cassie tries to seduce Max further, and as we see, this backfires on her.
Cassie seems to be getting to grips with the probing going on there. Cassie is getting good at sinking in and out of identities and creating plausible reasons for being where she shouldn’t be.
Is she improving through experience, or is she just a little more enthused about the unlawful lifestyle than seems sensible?

Everyone but Cassie is suffering from her decisions. Cassie’s character is one of the most annoying characters that I have seen in a long time.
Much like the previous episodes, this is an “okay” episode to watch.
