Tozawa inserts himself as Misaki visits him. He states that Jake had followed Polina to the dance club, prompting Tozawa to offer a plan to make him disappear. But Misaki specifies that it would be too obvious if Jake were to leave silently.
Jake returns to the addicted writer, taking Sam along with him. They give him crystal meth in exchange for information. But that info requires Jake and Sam to do meth with him.
Polina is on a sex cruise.
Tokyo Vice Episode 8 Review
This episode did not have a season finale feel, much like Rick n Morty’s season 3 ending.
It feels like it has much more to explore, and it feels as if there is another episode that is supposed to follow after this one.
Or this may be my opinion or perspective.
Watch Or Not
If you have watched until this point, then it is a watch, but this “finale” does not feel like a finale, and this episode was not as engaging or entertaining as the previous ones.
This episode gets a 3 out of 5.
